Organizations need to stop treating biology as a wellness perk and start treating it as a functional requirement. In addition to culture-match and purpose-alignment, there needs to be a final operational-match layer. We need to audit processes like onboarding, feedback, and scheduling to see where they actually fight human physiology. Organizations need to do a better job at getting to know their people. The goal is to design operations that work with our hardware, rather than cannibalizing our human capital just to get through the week.
